Blue Apron Meals

Seared Chicken & Couscous with Broccoli & Lemon-Yogurt Sauce

K: 5 out of 5 stars. The couscous with broccoli was amazing! It is what made the meal wonderful. Adding all three elements together is really what made this meal a 5 instead of a four. If I am able to eat all the elements together and have it still taste amazing, it was a successful meal. I cannot wait to see what else I can pair the Lemon-Yogurt Sauce with. Perfect proportions.

Guacamole Burger with Roasted Red Onion and Sweet Potato Fries

K: 4 out of 5 stars. The burger was an amazing success! I had never made guacamole with onions before, but now I think I will continue to add them. My fries never really turned into fries. They just seemed like they were really limp potato chips baked with onions. It was slightly disappointed but still good. Lots of leftover guacamole.

Spicy Shrimp & Korean Rice Cakes with Cabbage and Furikake

K: 3 out of 5 stars. The scallions did not make it four days so I was unable to use them for this recipe. The rice cakes were really gooey- I am not sure if this was due to a cooking error or something else. The shrimp and the seasoning was really yummy. Extras of everything.
