Balsamic-Glazed Onion Cheeseburgers with Roasted Potato Wedges

K: 5 out of 5 stars. Blue Apron knows how to create great burger recipes. The cheese and the onions were amazing together. Potato wedges were great beyond being burnt! They spent a little too long in the oven even though I followed the time on the recipe.  Perfect proportions.


Chicken & Kale Caesar-Style Salad with Radishes and Almonds

K: 5 out of 5 stars. I was scared that this salad would not be fulfilling at all and I would have to eat something after, but the salad proved me wrong. Every bite was delicious, and I could barely finish my one serving.  The radishes and almonds made the texture of the salad enjoyable and the dressing was so simple but so wonderful with the kale. Extra two servings.

Smoked Trout Tartines with Romaine, Cucumber & Radish Salad

K: 3 out of 5 stars. I ate all the salad and loved the bread, but I couldn’t get over the fact about how fishy the trout tasted with every bite. It was disappointing. The only raw fish I like is when it is Sashimi or Sushi.
