Beef & Shishito Open-Faced Sandwiches with Tomato, Cucumber & Romaine Salad

P: Best selection of Blue Apron meals so far, not only in ease of making, but also in deliciousness of tasting. 5 out of 5 stars.

K: Sandwich deserves 5 out of 5 stars, but the salad was disappointing, I would only give it 2 out of 5 stars. There was extra salad for leftovers.


Crispy Catfish with Kale-Farro Salad & Warm Grape Relish

P: It was almost as good as Southern Fried Catfish. The farro and the grapes were a great addition that I would have never thought of combining with this dish. 4 out of 5 stars.

K: It took so many dishes and pans to create this dish! The sink was overflowing by the time I was done. The relish was delicious and so was the Kale-Farro salad. I personally am not a fan of catfish, but the additional elements made the meal tolerable. Perfect porportions. 4 out of 5 stars.


Five-Spice Chicken with Vermicelli, Mushrooms & Baby Fennel

P: I liked the soup and noodles very much, but the chicken was a little dissapointing. It was nice to watch K an Eastern-Inspired dish. 4 out of 5 stars.

K: This was very complicated to make but worth it. The entire meal was fulfilling and offered varied textures. Perfect proportions. 5 out of 5 stars.
